the reception staff were friendly and professional. they explained everything. they followed up later to ensure everything was satisfactory. the cleaning staff were pleasant and helpful when needed.
the hotel feels a bit dated and is in need of some tlc. the air conditioning was quite loud. i found it difficult to sleep with it running.

i secured an upgraded apartment for my stay, a two-bedroom apartment terrace. the apartment offered ample space and great sea views. i appreciated the attentive room service i received daily. the location suited my plans perfectly, right next to the beach.
the gym offered limited equipment, only one treadmill and one stationary bike.

I enjoyed the breakfast choices. It was a large buffet. the staff at reception were helpful with directions. the hotel's location directly on the beach provided easy access. it was also situated away from busy traffic areas, a real plus.
The air conditioning in the room was quite loud. It made sleeping difficult. the sound was disruptive enough that i considered requesting a different room.

the well-kept grounds showcased a variety of shrubs and trees. the spa services offered several treatment options. the pool area had ample seating with available shade, a needed feature. there was also easy beach access.

The staff was friendly. They answered my questions quickly. i saw them working to ensure the hotel was super clean. i noticed that the meal service was efficient, even when there were queues. it was a positive experience overall.

Our apartment had a kitchenette. This allowed some meal preparation. the balcony was large and provided nice views. the room included a television with several channels. daily cleaning service kept everything tidy.
